In today’s competitive and complex business environment the human resource has to be highly responsive and effective for sustainability and growth. The human resource practice of work-life balance has gained significant importance in today’s organizations due to increase in the complexity of the processes, which has led to imbalance in the work and non-work roles for the employees. Diversity in the workplace is another important need for organizations due to globalization and need for increased and varying levels of talent.
