Description
This paper is developed with the main objective to study the necessity of corporate governance and the sustainability structure of an organization. The organization chosen for the study and with which I am associated is WoolWorths Limited from Australia. Through this paper an attempt has been made to study the role played by the corporate governance and sustainability to provide for the future growth and success of the company with which I am associated with. Along with this a general study of what is basically meant by corporate governance and sustainability and the relation between the two are also being highlighted.
