Description

This paper answers the following tasks on the case -
Task 1:
For P1.1: Discuss the benefits reaped and risks mitigated when Quality Assurance is planned for every stage of the systems development life cycle.
For P2.1: Produce quality control documentation for each stage of the systems development lifecycle, which includes scenarios that would be avoided with proper quality control documentation.
For M1: Discuss the seven Quality Management Principles upon which ISO quality management standards are based.
For D1: Explain “Are we building the product right?” and “Are we building the right product?” You have been engaged by sportsdirect.co.uk to validate their website. Explain how you would tackle the task. What information would you require to assess and analyse the validity of the website?
Task 2:
For P1.2: Discuss and explain Reviews and Audits. Why is it essential to plan and execute such activities? For M2: Discuss in about 250 words what is meant by Risk Management.
For D2: Discuss and evaluate the importance of standards awarding bodies which may be national or international. Support your discussion with research material.
Task 3:
For P1.3 Discuss the following and support with examples.
